The development of the enterprise is focused on providing services to a wide range of customers for machining and manufacturing products that meet the highest quality requirements.

 

The production sites of "ETM" are fitted out with modern equipment, main function of which is machine processing. CNC machines have high productivity and processing accuracy. Performing many diverse operations in a single setup reduces the processing times by providing the highest quality products without additional locksmith processing. This allows us to fulfill orders for large batches in a very short period of time.

For the machine processing (milling, turning, drilling) production has the following CNC equipment: turning-milling centers NL2500Y / 700, NL2000Y / 500 production of Mori Seiki (Japan), turning and milling centers LU300M-1000 and ES-L811 produced by Okuma (Japan), vertical milling and drilling centers R510 produced by Ares Seiki (Taiwan), 2S150PMF4 and horizontal milling centers IS800PMF4 and 2206VMF4.

At present, the company has fifteen machining centers (6 turning centers and 9 milling), precision jig-boring machines 2E450AF-30, 2E440A, and 2431SF10, as well as large stock of universal turning, millling, and drilling equipment, automated machines and sliding head autos.

Also in the manufacturing processes used parts stamping technology, electroplating, powder coating paint.

Versatile semi-automatic bandsaw machine SIRIUS FMB (Italy)

The cutting area is equipped with a cutting band saws SIRIUS. Italian machines F.M.B. are universal cutting band saws that are designed to work with bimetallic belt-saws with a cutting point made of the "high-speed" cobalt steel M42, M51 and also carbide belt-saws.

Used to control the quality of products, the three-axis- measuring machine (IMM) Contura G2 Carl Zeiss with a RDS rotary head is the best measurement machine in its class. Large amounts of data can be processed due to scanning technology. scan method allows for testing form with a maximum speed with high quality measurements.

Controlling capabilities of IMM:

- Measuring the dimensions and sizes of details;

- Measuring the profile of details;

- Measuring the shape and arrangement of surface of details;

- Measuring angles or orientation;

- Construction of topographic maps.

Instruments for measuring hardness by Rockwell method (TR-5014, TR-5001) and Brinell method (TS-2M)

The versatile tensile testing machine P-5 is designed for tensile testing samples of wire, metal tape, rubber, plastics, textile materials with the highest maximum load of 50 kN (tensile, compression, bending testing).

Stationary hardness testers are designed to measure the hardness of metals and alloys, as well as other materials (graphite, electrographite, plastic).

Machines for springs testing IIP GOST 17086-71 is designed for static tension and compression testing of helical coil springs.

To conduct environmental tests of products using climatic chambers ILKA TV-1000 TV-1000 and HEMA. These chambers have a wide operating temperature range from -70 ° C to +120 ° C.

To test the impact of a one-component products on a harmonic vibration, broadband random vibration, shock vibration strength and other kinds, the vibration facility VEDS-400A is used.

Release dust chambers are designed for tests to determine the extent of protection products for resistance to static impact of dust and sand in accordance with GOST 52560-06 and GOST 14254-96.

To test the strength of products applied in transportation, a transporting simulation facility SIT-2M is used.
